Performance Review Reporting: How It Works and Where to Find It

This section provides information about the reviews.

On the main page, your reviews are displayed. By selecting one, you will be taken to a page with detailed information.

The review details are divided into three sections:

1. Summary

This page displays general information about the review, as well as a competency chart.

2. Participants

This section lists all participants in the review along with their scores.

Additionally, you can view more detailed information about a participant, including the categories used to evaluate them and their individual competency chart.

3. HeatMap

This section allows for a quick assessment of strengths and areas for improvement through various color shades.
